Teams must tick who has played.:

This is a reminder that teams are required to inform the Court Supervisor before the game is played, as to who is playing that night (including any fill in players).

Just looking over the last two nights over 40% of teams have 4 players or less ticked off.

Ticking your players off ensures that they are qualified for finals. Teams may find themselves unable to participate in finals due to not having completed this.

NOTE: When adding a new player by writing it down for the Supervisor, if you only put the players first name then the player will NOT be included. The Supervisors have been directed to disregard any players with first names only. The sheet written onto for new players clearly states full name and in capital letters (so that the name can be easily read).

Under the new Reward Points on our website, failure to tick the names off means that those players will miss out on the points, including not being eligible to receive their bonus points if they win best on court - so please Captains, be sure for your players benefit to tick players off.

You must also notify if any fill ins play; especially those you get from the SMS system as they get bonus points for offering to play and following through with it. If you fail to tick them off, they will miss out on them.
