Change to CitySide Phone Numbers:

Despite our best efforts to let teams know that if they need to contact us after 6pm to not call the main office line or Geoff's mobile, but to rather contact the venue they play at specifically, we still get teams ringing our office after 6pm to inform us they are forfeiting, which we do not get until the next day.

Therefore, we have completely changed our operational system for contacting us via phone. All mobile numbers will cease being used as a point of phone contact (although the main mobile will still be used for now for SMS only).

All contact to CitySide Sports, regardless of the time of day or which venue you are after, should be done via (03) 9495-0909 When you call this number, you will be given a menu option. This is what they are:

Option 1: Clifton Hill Only available Monday to Thursday, 5.30pm to 10pm. If you need to forfeit or have a question for the Court Supervisor, use this option.

Option 2: Richmond Only available Tuesday & Wednesday, 6.30pm to 10pm and Sundays 4.30pm to 6pm. If you need to forfeit or have a question for the Court Supervisor, use this option.

Option 3: Competition Manager / General Enquiries Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm. Use this to contact Geoff.

Option 4: Metro Manager / Individuals Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm. Individuals in the metro team system should use this option to Brad.

Option 5: Umpire Manager Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm. This should be used by current Umpires, and any individuals wanting to become an umpire. (If you have any issues in relations to umpires, please speak to the Competition Manager.

Hopefully, this will now fix the problems we have been having with teams not using the correct number to contact us and opposing teams turning up with no one to play against.
