Our 'Learn To Umpire' event is designed for those who have never umpired before and have an interest, but a little unsure as to whether it is something they would enjoy.
Suncorp Super Netball Umpire Tim Marshall, will take you through the fundamentals of umpiring before giving you a whistle and letting you have a go. All participants will play on court, and then take turns in umpiring.
This is a fun environment of all beginner umpires allowing you to have a go without any pressure - and open to any one of the public (not just CitySide players) with at least a netball playing background, 18 years of age or older.
